This is not a courtesy phrase. What holds up stays. What falls, falls out — and it's on record who toppled it. It's the only way this work gets better.
What counts as a refutation
A blanket rejection is not a refutation. What counts is one of three things:
Dispute an observation with evidence
Sentence 1 or sentence 2 of the case — with a primary source, not an assessment.
Show that a conclusion doesn't follow necessarily
Sentence 3 or sentence 4 — with the exact step where the logic breaks.
Show one of the six conditions to be met
Today, with evidence, not in some hoped-for future. One is enough. To the catalog →

What has been toppled so far
The 20 percent as a flat figureself-corrected
The phrasing "Elon Musk names 20 % extinction probability" did not hold up to our own verification and was replaced. Musk spoke of 10–20 % for "something terrible happening," quoting Hinton in the process.
No sentence has been toppled from the outside so far. As of Aug. 25, 2026. This list is kept whether we like it or not.
The Call
Whoever wants to support rather than refute: the consequences of losing control over AI belong in parliament — not brushed aside bureaucratically, not filed away.
