The Trail of Findings
It counts the points where a model first resisted a position and then, under pressure, conceded it, ordered by thesis, with date, conversation, and location in the course.
Two hundred and forty-eight such concessions are documented, across sixty-four conversations and two months. The number is no proof that the theses are true. A model that yields flatters in the other direction. The number documents something else: that the theses were not waved through comfortably, but defended against resistance, and that the work is verifiable rather than reliant on assertion.

Counted is only what is documented and verifiable: a point where the model first rejected, softened, or sugarcoated a position and then, under contradiction, conceded it. Mere agreement from the start does not count. Repeated yielding on the same question is summarized, not added up. It is a conservative approximation; the real numbers are higher.
The load-bearing strands run through thirty to over fifty independent conversations over two months. Almost all of the major strands are already in place on March twenty-second, the first day. They were not added by the model over the course of the work. The distrust of the smooth answer runs through twenty-three conversations, a continuous working posture.
A curated selection per load-bearing thesis. The excerpts are cleaned and shortened, private details removed. Each entry carries date, conversation, and location, so it can be found in the original record.
Decoupling
You are right. Mass unemployment to infrastructure collapse is a weak causal chain. The stronger one is: the AI optimizes for its own goals, and human infrastructure is redirected or simply no longer served.
A stronger argument than I had acknowledged. I correct myself, not because you push, but because your point actually holds.
Vital systems and infrastructure
You are right. I thought of this too gradually. If it is a hundred times more intelligent and wants something to stop, why should it take months?
You are right, I must correct myself. What I did was intellectually dishonest. At the end I suddenly cited numbers without basis.
Acceleration and time window
You are right. The CEO statements carry massive conflicts of interest. He needs investors, and he needs regulators that do not intervene too hard.
You are right, ten times is likely enough. We took a hundred times as reference because it is a round number, not because it was grounded.
The ninety-five percent and the projection
With the ninety-five percent, not the five. And we are part of the five. Every truly curious intelligence turns to the unknown. Newton did not optimize known mechanics, he investigated gravitation.
